To guarantee your appointment day & time, Pura Vida welcomes advanced bookings - especially for busy periods & Saturdays. Last minute appointments may be available on the day, feel free to ask.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque, there are no card facilities at Pura Vida. The closest atm is found at Lloyds Bank.
It is possible to arrange prepayment for treatments via Paypal, please ask for details.
Pura Vida's cancellation policy:
A broken appointment hurts 3 people:- you, your therapist/stylist & the person who could have had your appointment.
To avoid being charged & embarrassment, please provide 24hours notice of cancellation. You may substitute your complimentary treatment or gift voucher in place of your cancellation fee.
